Easy Bright Blue Liner

Hi there! It's been so long since I've posted an actual eye look, and I've really been anxious to! I went to Sephora to exchange a product the other day and walked out with the same product and this new bright blue liner. It's Urban Decays 24/7 liner in Electric. It. Is. Beautiful! I know this look has been done so many times by so many people, but I'm really enjoying it and thought you might like to see how I did it! It includes a mini review on the liner too :) I didn't take pictures of the actual steps, but it's very simple. So here we go!

Products used: Urban Decay Naked Basics, 24/7 Pencil in Electric & Maybelline Great Lash in Teal Appeal.

I'm sure most of you are familiar with these liners, they're some of my favorites! I use Perversion everyday. Electric is a bright turquoise/teal color with a slight sheen to it. It glides on so easily. It stays put it my waterline, but regardless I always set it a powder on my lower or upper lashline.

Please excuse my brows, dear god.

- I started with a primed lid and blended Naked 2 above the crease.

- Next I took faint and blended it right over Naked 2.

- I applied crave all over my lid, then took a tiny bit on the tip of a blending brush and blended it into Faint.

- Highlighted with a matte white shadow. I could have blended this a bit more, meh.

- I heavily lined my lower lash line with Electric, bringing it into my inner corner also. I set it with a translucent powder.

- I applied falsies and black mascara to the top lashes, and Teal Appeal to the bottom lashes!

And that's it! easy but bold and fun! I really love this liner. I've only ever owned zero, perversion and whiskey 24/7 liners but now I think I'll venture out into the other colors! I picked mine up at Sephora for 19$.

I hope you all liked my post, and thank you so much for reading!!

Maybelline Color Elixir Review- Hibiscus Haven

Hi everyone! I have another lip product review for you, the new Maybelline Color Elixir by Colorsensational in Hibiscus Haven. Again I've let a few days slip by me without blogging and I don't like that! Time just gets away from me and I had all intentions of being super productive this morning and then a migraine struck! I told it to get lost I have an awesome review to write, and it put up a fight but I won. I'm rambling now because it's 1am and I should be sleeping.. Any way back to the product, I'm kind of obsessed with this. If you want to read my review on it, please click below!

Review: Maybelline "The Falsies Black Drama" Mascara

Hey lovelies! Today's post is a review on a new mascara, Maybelline The Falsies Black Drama. I am running low on my current favorite (L'Oreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions) and decided instead of repurchasing, I'd pick something new up. Halloween FOTD

Hey ladies! Halloween was yesterday, and I didn't do anything. I rarely do on the actual day because I work. BUT, I always do some festive makeup look. This years is a little more tame than last years, I was really feeling the color purple. I've been posting a lot of face of the days lately, I just haven't had a ton of time to write up great posts. I'm hoping to have a couple reviews up in the next week! If you want to see the products I've used for this look, click below. :)

Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue Review.

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to do a little review on a product I've been loving lately. The new Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Resuce Medicated balms. I own a ton of the other baby lips, but these are different.

Coral Crave

Just Peachy

Too Cool

These are the three that I own. I will probably end up buying more. These are a medicated lip balm that contain Menthol. So if that feeling or smell bothers you, I do not suggest them. It is quite strong. I love the cooling feeling the menthol provides and smell is comforting to me as well. Staying Power: I find these last just as long as the other baby lips do, about an hour. That may be a negative for some people but I reapply my lip balm constantly anyway. As far as pigmentation goes, Coral Crave is a sheer coral color. Just Peachy is a more opaque, nudeish color. Too Cool is just a clear balm.

During this cooler time of year, my lips get crazy dry. I always like to use a medicated lip balm. These are cute, which is always a plus. But they also work well for me too. I've been using them for just over a week and my lips are definitely a lot smoother and softer than before.

I know some people have mixed feeling on Baby Lips but I really enjoy them. For about 3 bucks a pop it's worth a try! These Dr. Rescue ones are by far, my favorite! I hope you enjoyed this review! Have you tried these?

Thanks so much for reading!
